SMPLY is a private-pay occupational therapy practice that treats children and adults in their homes across North Jersey. We're looking for occupational therapists to see clients on a per-visit basis, on a schedule you set.
Per diem or 1099 contractor · Essex, Bergen, Passaic and Morris counties, NJ
The role.
Occupational Therapist, in-home, paid per visit.
What you'll do
- One-on-one sessions in clients' homes with children, adults, or both
- Evaluations, treatment plans and documentation for your own caseload
- Coaching parents and caregivers so progress continues between visits
- Ergonomic assessments for home offices and companies, if that interests you
How it works
- Paid per visit, as a 1099 independent contractor or per diem
- You choose your days and the towns you cover
- Private-pay practice: no insurance visit caps or authorizations
- Clients across Essex, Bergen, Passaic and Morris counties
What we're looking for
- Active New Jersey occupational therapy license, or a license in progress
- Pediatric and/or adult experience
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes
- Comfortable working independently and communicating with families
